Delek Logistics Partners completed the acquisition of 3Bear Delaware Holding for $625m.

Delek Logistics Partners, a firm that owns and operates logistics and marketing assets for crude oil and intermediate and refined products, completed the acquisition of 3Bear Delaware Holding, a crude oil and gas gathering, processing and transportation business, for $625m.
