Wipro completed the acquisition of CAS Group.

Wipro, a global information technology, consulting, and business process services company, completed the acquisition of CAS Group, a US-based consulting and program management company that specializes in driving large-scale business and technology transformation for Fortune 100 communications service providers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "CAS Group brings to Wipro a uniquely complementary set of capabilities.
