Resonetics, a medical equipment manufacturer, completed the acquisition of EaglePicher Medical Power, a battery manufacturer for medical devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We've been able to collaborate with the EaglePicher team and see a lot of synergies. We will invest further in their best-in-class battery solutions by implementing a Lightspeed Application Development Lab for battery solutions to compress development cycles and help our customers reduce their time to market," Kevin Hartke, Resonetics CTO.
