Thoma Bravo, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Imprivata, a digital identity company for mission- and life-critical industries, from Cove Hill Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cove Hill Partners will retain a minority stake in the combined company.
