Francisco Partners and Clearlake Capital-backed Perforce Software, a software solutions developer, completed the acquisition of Puppet, an automation software manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition expands our product offering by adding new capabilities for enterprise DevOps teams to manage and secure their critical infrastructure.
