Cosmobilis to acquire UCAR for €103m.

Cosmobilis, the holding company of ByMyCAR car distribution group in Europe, agreed to acquire UCAR, a rental vehicle program, for €103m. The Cosmobilis project is accelerating by integrating UCAR. This new brick completes the Group's existing offer (medium and long-term rental, VTC, mobility services, etc.)
