The Hina Group and Industrial Bank to acquire VNET Group for $800m.

The Hina Group, an investment banking firm, and Industrial Bank, a joint-stock commercial bank, offered to acquire VNET Group, an operator of data center business, for $800m. “There can be no assurance that any definitive offer will be made, that any agreement will be executed or that the proposed transaction or any other transaction will be approved or consummated,” VNET.
