KKR completed the acquisition of Barracuda Networks from Thoma Bravo for $4bn.

KKR, a global investment firm, completed the acquisition of Barracuda Networks, a provider of cloud-first security solutions, from Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm, for $4bn.
