Gauge Capital-backed American Nuts completed the acquisition of DSD Merchandisers.

Gauge Capital-backed American Nuts, a supplier and processor of nuts, seeds and dried fruits, completed the acquisition of DSD Merchandisers, a distributor of category management, merchandising and distribution solutions of natural and organic ingredients and dry food products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “A combination of American Nuts and DSD creates a very exciting value proposition for customers going forward.
