Alliance Automotive Group, a distributor of passenger and commercial vehicle parts, completed the acquisition of Lausan Group, an auto parts distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Lausan has a leading market position in the key European market of Spain which is contiguous to our existing operations.
