Stifel and RCP Advisors to form Twelve Degrees.

Stifel, a full-service investment firm, and RCP Advisors, an independent sponsor of private equity funds of funds, secondary funds, agreed to form Twelve Degrees, a strategic partnership focused on investing in and providing capital solutions to leading emerging and first-time alternative investment fund managers.
