Husqvarna Group to acquire Heger.

Husqvarna Group, a manufacturer of outdoor power products for forest, park, and garden care, agreed to acquire Heger, a manufacturer of diamond tools catering to the fields of construction, surface preparation, natural stone and refractory. Financial terms were not disclosed.
