VASS to acquire One Inside from One Equity Partners.

VASS, a European provider of digital transformation, cloud infrastructure and managed IT solutions, agreed to acquire One Inside, an IT consulting firm specializing in Adobe technology integration and implementation, from One Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”Joining VASS will foster our specialization in creating extraordinary customer experiences for our clients focusing on Adobe solutions. It will allow us to deliver digitalization projects from strategy to execution," Clemens Bussinger, One Inside CEO.
