Rubicon Partners completed the acquisition of Amey Utilities.

Rubicon Partners, an independent investment banking services provider, completed the acquisition of Amey Utilities, an infrastructure services and engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a hugely positive step for both Avove and the wider Amey Group.The sale provides the new company with the ability to leverage opportunity and offer a strategic proposition backed by growth.
