Private equity firms Smash Capital, Insight Partners, and GIC completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Coda Payments, a company helps digital content providers monetize their products and services, for $690m. "This investment marks a significant milestone for Coda as we seek to offer content publishers and consumers more monetization options.
