VINCI Highways to acquire a 65.1% stake in Strait Crossing Development from OMERS Infrastructure.

VINCI Highways, a mobility infrastructure company, agreed to acquire a 65.1% stake in Strait Crossing Development, a Confederation Bridge concession contract owner, from OMERS Infrastructure, an asset managing company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
