ZIP International, a provider of digital retail finance and payment systems, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in Hemenal Finansman, a consumer financing company, from OYAK Portföy Yönetimi for $9.7m. The realization of the transfer process depends on obtaining the permission of the official institution and fulfilling the conditions of the share transfer agreement.
