Synopsis

BTG Pactual, a Brazilian investment bank, completed the acquisition of Eden Hotel Estoril, a 12-story hotel located in Cascais, for €100m. "It is a product for us to raise between €80m and €100m. With debt, he sould reach €150m," Michel Wurman, BTG Pactual Partner.
