AssuredPartners to acquire GMIB for $108m.

AssuredPartners, an independent insurance brokerage firm, agreed to acquire Gallivan Murphy Insurance Brokers, a broker for $108m. “We are delighted to have the talented team at GMIB join AssuredPartners.
