Evriholder Products, a designer, developer and distributor of household, kitchen and personal care products, completed the acquisition of Murray Sales, a designer of kitchenware. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Partnering with Joie adds another dimension for us in creating and innovating functional products for the home.
