SageView Advisory completed the acquisition of Capital One Investing from Capital One Financial.

SageView Advisory, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm, completed the acquisition of Capital One Investing, a personalized financial planning and wealth management services provider, from Capital One Financial, a bank holding company.
