Gearbox to acquire Lost Boys Interactive.

Gearbox, a video game development company, agreed to acquire Lost Boys Interactive, a video game studio. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Lost Boys is an incredible studio with industry-leading talent that continue to push the bar higher for what gamers expect from their favorite franchises.
