FoodChain ID, a technology-enabled food safety, quality, and sustainability solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Promag, a food and feed safety certification solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is a strong strategic fit with FoodChain ID’s technical services, testing, and food safety business.
