GreenVolt, a renewables company, completed the acquisition of 50% stake in Univergy Autoconsumo, a photovoltaic energy installation company, for $12m. “This acquisition clearly reinforces GreenVolt's commitment to the development of photovoltaic projects for self-consumption in the Iberian Peninsula, this time in the business segment.
