GreenVolt completed the acquisition of 50% stake in Univergy Autoconsumo for $12m.

GreenVolt, a renewables company, completed the acquisition of 50% stake in Univergy Autoconsumo, a photovoltaic energy installation company, for $12m. “This acquisition clearly reinforces GreenVolt's commitment to the development of photovoltaic projects for self-consumption in the Iberian Peninsula, this time in the business segment. Over the last three years, Univergy Autoconsumo has demonstrated a great capacity for implementation and, we are certain, that with the partnership with GreenVolt it will be able to accelerate its business plan, while contributing decisively to the reduction of energy costs Spanish companies and for the generation of clean and renewable energy,” João Manso Neto, GreenVolt CEO.
