Silver Oak Services-backed Integrated Oncology Network, a provider of oncology center development, management, advisory services and capital for physician practices and hospitals, agreed to acquire California Cancer Associates for Research & Excellence, an operator of an oncology practice committed to providing oncology care through a network of providers who are focused on outcomes, research and personalized care. Financial terms were not disclosed.
