Promus Equity Partners, a private equity investment firm affiliated with Promus Holdings, a multi- family asset management firm based in Chicago, Illinois, agreed to acquire Dover Saddlery, an omni-channel retailer of equestrian products, from Webster Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We’ve gotten to know the Dover business and leadership team and love what we see.
