Baobag to acquire Satucesa.

Baobag, a manufacturer of customized soft packaging solutions such as Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC), to acquire Satucesa, a supplier of packaging solutions in the Eurozone, mainly in chemicals and food industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
