Unilin Group completed the acquisition of vinyl activities of Lentex for €20m.

Unilin Group, a global player in interior design and solutions for the construction industry, completed the acquisition of vinyl activities of Lentex, a renowned manufacturer of flexible PVC floor coverings designed for residential and commercial areas and sports facilities, for €20m. The new acquisition enables the Unilin Flooring division to strengthen its position in Eastern Europe and further expand its offerings.
