Semperian, a firm investing in UK social infrastructure, agreed to acquire three Irish roads, M3 Motorway, M4 Motorway and M50 Motorway, from DIF Capital Partners, a global independent investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased with the sale of this high quality roads portfolio which delivers a strong exit outcome for our DIF III investors.
