IK Partners to acquire a majority stake in Batisanté from LGT Capital Partners.

IK Partners, a European private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Batisanté, a compliance and safety services provider, primarily servicing residential buildings and professional customers, from LGT Capital Partners, an investment firm.
