LCP to acquire Delta-EE.

Lane Clark & Peacock, a provider of financial consultancy services, agreed to acquire Delta-EE, a provider of energy research and consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Delta-EE is a well-respected firm with a deep understanding of the energy sector and the quality of their research is second to none.
