Clearlake Capital Group, a private equity firm, and TA Associates, a modern-era private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Koufax, an Irvine, California-based intelligent automation software provider, from Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm, for $3bn. “Building on its momentum in the market, we believe there is significant opportunity to further strengthen and expand the Company’s integrated platform of solutions.
