Min-Liang Tan, Kaling Lim and CVC Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Razer, an American-Singaporean multinational technology company, for $3.2bn. "I would like to thank our shareholders for their support of Razer as we expanded our unique gamer-centric ecosystem and market presence in recent years.
