METRO completed the acquisition of AGM stores from REWE Group.

METRO, a partner of many small and mid-sized independent companies, completed the acquisition of AGM stores, 9 wholesale stores in Germany, from REWE Group, a diversified retail and tourism co-operative group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
