Wipro to acquire Rizing from One Equity Partners for $540m.

Wipro, a global information technology, consulting, and business process services company, agreed to acquire Rizing, a global SAP consulting firm, significantly expanding its breadth of capabilities in helping businesses transform into intelligent enterprises, from One Equity Partners, a private equity firm, for $540m. “Rizing’s complementary consulting capabilities and strong client relationships will significantly boost our existing offering, creating one of the most differentiated SAP services in the marketplace. Together, we will be able to expand our presence in high-growth industry sectors,” Thierry Delaporte, Wipro CEO.
