Motion Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Atlas for Men from Latour Capital.

Motion Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Atlas for Men, a company specialised in the direct marketing and distribution of casual, outdoor-oriented & timeless collections, from Latour Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted of this second investment for Motion IV.
