SIBLU Group completed the acquisition of stake of Holding New Aire Group (Campings Grand Sud).

SIBLU Group, a company offering family-focused camping holidays that blend fun, safety and comfort, completed the acquisition of stake of Holding New Aire Group (Campings Grand Sud), a campsite operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of the Holding New Aire Group is a significant moment in the Siblu story.
