Generali Real Estate completa the acquisition of Step Up from CODIC Group.

Generali Real Estate, a real estate core plus fund, completa the acquisition of Step Up office building from CODIC Group, a firm engaged in the development of multifunctional projects, offices and commercial properties on a European level. Financial terms were not disclosed. The asset is a newly built office building, located in Carrer de Pamplona 104, in the prime core area of Barcelona 22@ district. This is one of the most innovative and high-tech districts in Europe and the main and fast-growing destination in Barcelona, sought-after by Spanish and international companies for their offices, but also hosting universities, residences, as well as rich cultural and leisure opportunities.
