Adamantem Capital, an Australian private equity firm, completed the acquisition of an 85% stake in NAK Hair, an Australian haircare company, for $77m. “Adamantem’s investment is a huge vote of confidence in the strengths of our team, who have dedicated their efforts into crafting the incredible business NAK is today.
