Spicers Canada to acquire Duroflex.

Spicers Canada, a Canadian distributor of paper and specialty products, agreed to acquire Duroflex, a supplier of speciality paper products to the graphic arts industry and commercial printers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring Duroflex will extend available solutions within our paper and specialty product segments, benefitting both companies’ customer and supply partners,” Cory Turner, Spicers Canada President.
