Denali Water Solutions, a specialty waste and environmental services company, completed the acquisition of Imperial Western Products, a company with enterprises centered around converting a diverse mix of wastes into saleable products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “IWP brings Denali a larger and more diverse presence in the Western US.
