SureSwift to acquire Vitay.

SureSwift, a holding company, agreed to acquire Vitay, an operator of an online platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded by Poya Farighi in 2018 and backed by his knowledge and experience within recruitment, tech, and business development, Vitay grew rapidly to become a major player in both the Canadian and US recruitment and staffing industries.
