DeA Capital, an independent alternative asset management platform, completed the acquisition of 15 assets from BNP Paribas Real Estate, a provider of real estate services, for €90m. This is a real estate portfolio consisting of 15 assets, 5 of which for office use located in Milan and Rome and 10 for retail use located in northern Italy.
