Apollo-backed TAKKION completed the acquisition of Harvest Energy Services.

Apollo-backed TAKKION, a provider of logistics, field support, and technical repair services to the renewable energy industry, completed the acquisition of Harvest Energy Services, a services provider of operations and maintenance solutions to the renewable energy industry.
