Mr Yum completed the acquisition of MyGuestlist.

Mr Yum, a developer of web-based digital menu card, completed the acquisition of MyGuestlist, a developer of client acquisition and database growth platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This deal is an evolution of a successful partnership between the two companies, with Sprout and MyGuestlist integrated with Mr Yum in hundreds of shared locations over the past year, including Australian Venue Co venues and Swingers Crazy Golf venues in London,” Kim Teo, Mr Yum CEO.
