Romgaz, a natural gas producer and the main supplier in Romania, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Neptun Deep from Exxon Mobil, an American multinational oil and gas corporation, for 1.06bn. “ExxonMobil continues to evaluate our portfolio of opportunities, focusing our investments in advantaged assets with a low cost of supply.
