Triton-backed Aleris, a provider of specialty healthcare, emergency rooms and radiology operations, agreed to acquire Art Clinic, a Swedish specialist care provider specialized within orthopedcis, back surgery, aesthetic- and reconstructive plastic surgery, from MVI, a growth investor.
