Triton-backed Aleris to acquire Art Clinic from MVI.

Triton-backed Aleris, a provider of specialty healthcare, emergency rooms and radiology operations, agreed to acquire Art Clinic, a Swedish specialist care provider specialized within orthopedcis, back surgery, aesthetic- and reconstructive plastic surgery, from MVI, a growth investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Aleris has a long-term perspective, and we are now taking the next step in developing the specialist care of the future - where we, based on medical and digital innovation, in an even better and more efficient way provide care as needed for high quality and availability.
