Bain Capital-backed Valeo Foods Group completed the acquisition of Les Industries Bernard & Fils from Phoenix Partners.

Bain Capital-backed Valeo Foods Group, a pan European food business, completed the acquisition of Les Industries Bernard & Fils, an independent bottler and processor of maple syrup, from Phoenix Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bernard and Phoenix Partners ("Phoenix") had an excellent relationship since 2017 during which time we doubled our revenue. We thank Phoenix for their assistance in helping us bring Bernard to this level.
