Unchained Labs, a life sciences company, completed the acquisition of NanoView Biosciences, a company which is developing proprietary products that support research, translation and delivery of precision medicine. Financial terms were not disclosed. “NanoView has been dedicated to helping exosome researchers characterize these complex particles. We’re just getting started with viral vector characterization and there’s no better company than Unchained Labs to help us get LentiView into the hands of gene therapy researchers,” Jerry Williamson, NanoView Biosciences CEO.
